The Idea and action of ICTA ,Establishment of Nenasala with goal of "Global Knowledge to the Village"was intellectual and essential for the village dwellers infarct boon for them . Our nenasala of Poomarathadichenai was stated on January 2010.It was after the war when resettlement was under process,People weren't interested in studying IT because they weren't aware of it.It was a tough time for us.Initially had little bit hesitation to approach the people.But we did not let down our hope.we approach school principal,WRDS,RDS and explain about our activities luckily there was not English teacher at the school,we started a evening class we had a support from local people for English class and other thing is there weren't photocopy service so that was helpful too.Then slowly we started IT class for kids there on we were able to conduct IT course and English.We were able to provide It and English knowledge.

Through Providing Knowledge on Information technology for young community in the village provide support for the development of information technology in the district.
Main Objective
To empower the Development of Information Technology in the District, provide training On IT for 500 trainees per year and establish a resource center for utilization.Sub objective
Empower the Community base organization the Government and Non government organization officers to be knowledge on IT and Accustom of it.Services
